Important Booking Guidelines for Lashcare Kenya:

• Arrival Time: Please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to help maintain a smooth schedule. If you anticipate being late, kindly inform us at least 15 minutes in advance.

• Commitment Fee: A commitment fee of KSH. 1,500 is required to confirm your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total service cost. Payments can be made via:

• Late Arrival Policy: Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may result in forfeiting both your commitment fee and your reserved slot.

• No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without notifying us will require you to make an advance payment for any future bookings, including the missed session.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the commitment fee.

• Confirmation and Pre-Session Instructions: Please check your email for a confirmation message containing important details and pre-treatment instructions.
